David Newman, CEO - d.newman@VoiceToDocs.com
David Newman has thirty years' experience automating business processes for organizations of all types and sizes. He joined DocuMed in 2000 as President, where his expertise in understanding unique strategies to improve upon systems impacted business growth and retention by over 300%. David spent a year in close examination of the roadblocks associated with moving the transcription industry forward, and his ongoing research development has resulted in the products now offered by DocuMed.

Faye Gordon, President - f.gordon@VoiceToDocs.com
Faye joined DocuMed in 1996 to design and implement DocuMed's Medical Transcription Training Program. An expert medical transcriptionist herself, she brought 10 years of industry experience to produce high performance educational and training materials. After the program's successful rollout, Faye's was tapped to supervise DocuMed's workforce of medical transcriptionists. She has used her management skills to orchestrate the hiring, training and performance of several hundred MT's. Faye currently provides leadership for the DocuMed Operations, Quality Assurance aand Human Resource organizations.

Aron has over 35 years experience in computing. Aron’s career began as an computer consultant before joining Grumman Data Systems. There he was technical manager of the Washington, D.C. office, responsible for large GSA contracts. He returned to the Grumman home office to become Senior Product Marketing Manager. Aron also sold computer information services for TymShare, Inc. one the leading premier information services. He then joined Merrill Lynch as a Application Development Manager. He later joined IMNET, the ML/IBM partnership as a Product Marketing Manager. With the dissolution of IMNET, Aron re-joined Merrill's Capital Market’s Group supporting market data services for all U.S. Institutional Offices. Later, Aron performed a variety of roles and supporting the Strategic Planning effort for retail sales. Aron helped launch the TGA System in support of the 45,000 individuals in the sales & operations divisions. Eventually Aron joined the Private Client Project Office where he played a key role in defining project office process, tools and methods. After 25 years at Merrill, Aron retired in 2007 and joined DocuMed. He has a Masters Degree from the City College of New York and is also a retired Captain in the U.S. Army, Ordinance Corp.

Ken Blackstein
Ken began his career at IBM designing and implementing high-speed database systems for mid-range computers. Later, serving as Director of IT for Trump Castle and Resort Casino in Atlantic City, he gained extensive knowledge in monitoring and measuring performance outcomes of large-scale critical business systems for the reservations and gaming industries. His depth of knowledge in database development and performance outcome monitoring proved cutting edge when asked by a leading wall street brokerage firm, Kidder Peabody, to design the first PC-based fixed income trading system, revolutionizing trading in that sector of the market As co-Founder and CIO of Horizon Real-Time Trading System's, Inc., Ken and his partners lead the company to a dominant position in the fixed-income trading software market. After selling his company, Ken now offers his consulting services full-time to the high tech industry. Ken brings his extensive knowledge base to DocuMed in the role of consultant and Business Partner.

Jana Foor
Jana Foor is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, and holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in Illinois. A doctoral prepared former clinical practitioner, Jana gravitated toward the business of clinical practice, and spent five years with Cigna's behavioral health division recruiting and training practitioners for their national behavioral health services provider network, where the team she worked with won the Cigna President's Award for the success of their 'Preferred Provider' strategy, which subsequently became the national blueprint. Moving into operations, she spent the next five years developing and implementing specialized treatment programming for two different companies. As a speaker and consultant on issues related to effective facility and community corrections programming strategy, her efforts resulted in multi-state legislation of measures that resulted in an increase in community safety. Jana has served as an operations leader where she has demonstrated her effectiveness at identifying systemic and operational roadblocks to success, implementing strategies to affect change at multiple levels. Her skills have allowed companies to increase profits by streamlining operational practices in areas such as general business, human resources, recruitment, customer service and service delivery, and organizational development and management. Adding to a long-standing partnership with the company, first as a client then as a consultant, Jana has joined the DocuMed team as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She lives in Pennsylvania.
